Yes.  I have office hours on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, and Mondays from 6pm to 8pm.  

My Telehealth hours are in the evening during the week and between 10am and 2pm on the weekends. 

Yes.  I have office hours on Saturdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. 

Telehealth hours are also 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

I use the telehealth tool provided through “Simple Practice” for all online sessions, which is HIPAA compliant for confidentiality.  

I use a white noise machine outside my closed office door so that no one can hear what I say.  I also use headphones so that no one can hear what you say.  

No.  Quality therapy requires in-the-moment responses, which is not possible through text or email.  Email or texting is appropriate for administrative tasks such as confirming appointments and billing. 

Yes.  My rate is $150 per session.  I accept payments only through Zelle for telehealth sessions, and Zelle, cash, or check payments for in-person therapy at this time.  The first 15 minute phone consultation is for free.

Yes. I accept United Health, CIgna, Aetna, And Blue Cross Blue Shield (Florida Blue). I also accept Health Advocate EAP.

I use Simple Practice EHR which provides secure, HIPAA compliant storage of all notes and information.   

I received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.  I received an MS in Clinical Psychology and Art Therapy from Barry University.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
